How we protect your data
No information is stored outwith our system which is protected by updated Web Security systems. When IT equipment reaches the end of its life, all memory is professionally cleaned and the hard disc destroyed/ disposed of within the current legislation standards. No third party group will have access to any information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We regularly cross check our systems with Malware and Other Internet Safety Protection. Our systems are all Password protected and we keep a record of all who have access. We will immediately contact all involved of any hacked or data breaches as soon as we know about these to ensure everyone is fully aware. If your contact details have changed this may slow down the process but we will do our best to reach all concerned.
